Return Policy

We gladly accept refunds and returns within one year of the original invoice date from customers who purchased their products from T400 Jewelers official website.

We guarantee to refund your money or send you new ones to replace if the following reasons happen.

 

Situation 1:

Dropping of the crystal.

If so, we would either:

  • Send the crystal for you to stick it on
  • Replace a new one to you
  • Refund your money

 

Situation 2:

Since some of our items are gold-plating, if the goods have been scratched before you receive it, we would either:

  • Replace a new one to you
  • Refund your money

 

Attention:

Due to the high shipping cost, the replacing new products will not be sent to you unless you make new orders. In that case, the replacing ones will be sent along with the products you newly purchase. Otherwise, we will not ship the replacing ones to you.

 

The following reasons are NOT covered by our one year return policy, and we are not liable for these issues

  • Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged.
  • Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Silver pieces given detail by oxidation overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
  • We do not accept any returns for any personalized photo charm(s), unless the picture’s appearance is totally different from the photo provided to us.

 

How to proceed the return & refund service

You may simply submit the contact form from here.

If there's quality problem involved, please send us clear photos for visual confirmation.

If it is wrong item or incorrect size you received, please take both pictures of the items you received and its SKU on the package for our visual checking.

Reimburse will be issued to your original account upon we well finish this confirmation.

Usually it takes 7 working days. Check your account by then. Sometimes there might be a delay of the refund to be processed. Please bear in mind that this is because we usually handle returns twice a week.
